Entrepreneur, Inspirational Speaker, and Success Coach, Chinwe Grace Osuagwu helps individuals shape and transform their lives. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY by her Nigerian-born parents, Chinwe attributes her first generation upbringing as a key factor for her continuous success.

"I was constantly aware that there was another way of life in another country and I never wanted to take for granted the abundance that was available to me in America."

It was at the tender age of 11 that Chinwe discovered one of her passions, computers. It seemed from the instant, that she was clear about the specific path that she wanted to pursue in this multi-faceted industry. Her focus was to help people solve their business problems with computer automation. In 1995, she realized this dream by becoming an Information Technology (IT) consultant. She provided her expertise to Fortune 500 companies, like Nabisco, AT&T, Exxon, and Lucent. She reached the pinnacle of her IT consulting career when she presented one of her solutions at the Microsoft's 1998 national technical conference, TechEd.
