It was only a few years later that Chinwe began to see that her life had a greater purpose, and made the shift from computers to people.

"It seems like I was constantly drawing people to me that were seeking some secret wisdom that they felt that I had about what they should do and how they should do it."

In same year that she left behind a successful career as an IT consultant, she launched One Vision Inc. (www.onevisioninc.com), a management consulting and coaching firm that has two main foci: helping organizations develop passionate teams and helping individuals develop passionate lives.

Chinwe is very excited about her current life and what she is achieving because she truly believes it is aligned with her purpose in life. "I simply want to help people see and realize their dreams, as I continue to do with mine."
